ASSOCIATION LOCAL RESIDENTS SURVEY The Carnegie Library was the base for a huge number of local services and activities before it was closed by Lambeth Council in March 2016. The Carnegie Library Association, a charitable incorporated organisation set up by the Friends of Carnegie Library and library users, is keen to revive the library service for all ages, the full range of clubs, events and activities previously enjoyed plus wider community use and compatible income generation.
