COMMUNITY GROUPS SURVEY

In the past, several spaces in the Carnegie Library were used by a number of individuals and organisations for activities and special events.   
The Carnegie Library Association, a charitable incorporated organisation set up by the Friends of Carnegie Library and library users, is keen to revive and expand this facility, and would be grateful if you could help by responding to this short survey:
1. Are you (or your group) a past user of the library space?	YES /NO
2. Would you be interested in using space in the future?		YES /NO
3. Which space might you prefer to use?
* Small meeting room
* Art gallery
* Children’s library
* Main library space (outside library hours if hiring)

4. When might you want to use the space?
* Regularly (please specify day and time)
* Irregularly (please indicate frequency if possible)
5. Please tick what hourly rent you could consider:
* Clubs who previously met for free to continue
* £15-20 per hour/30-40 half day (Small Meeting Room)
* £25-35 per hour/50-70 half day (Gallery)
* £40-50 per hour/80-100 half day (Main Library)
